If you purchase a license using Apple devices, it is possible that you have the Apple Private Relay service enabled, which, among other things, replaces your standard e-mail address with an address anonymized by Apple. In such a case, an account will be created in our system at the e-mail address provided by the Private Relay and the license will be issued to this address.
The address ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com or @icloud.com. You can check it directly on your Apple device.
If you have never logged in to our website using this address before, select the "I forgot my password" option in the login window and enter the e-mail address provided by Private Relay, which will enable you to set a new password for your account and watch the event.
