At this time, we do not offer official browser support on Smart TVs and consoles. Trouble-free reception is not guaranteed.

You can connect another device to the TV using an HDMI cable or use Google Chromecast.


If you decide to use Google Chromecast, remember that:

  1. The Chromecast and the device you are casting from must be connected to the same network.
  2. You can only cast from Chrome.
  3. Sometimes the Chrome browser cannot find the Chromecast even if both devices are on the same network. The solution is to disconnect and reconnect the device to the internet (or reset the device).
  4. Locking (putting the device to sleep) will stop the casting.


We remind you that you can only cast from devices with Android or Windows operating systems in the Google Chrome browser. Apple devices do not support casting.
